Due to increasing demand from new customers and an already huge client base within the British manufacturing industry, now is a great time to make the transition from industry into training and education.
The role of Electrical Engineering Instructor would suit those with significant experience in the Electrical Engineering industry with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, you will have demonstrable experience in either electrical systems development or maintenance and repair environments or both, although all relevant experience will be considered. You do not need to have previous experience of teaching or training; the company will provide you with the skills to be able to deliver apprenticeship and training courses and formal qualifications along the way. Candidates with any previous teaching/assessing experience/qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
This is a varied role where you will be working within a state of the art training facility amongst and with the support of an experienced team to deliver both standardised and bespoke programs. All learners are enrolled by their employers for specific courses and are there as part of their skill development within their current roles, this is not a general education centre. All courses are both classroom and workshop based and you will benefit from a wide range of theory and practical learning resources with live workstations for training.

Personal Requirements:
* Experienced in all/some of general electrical systems development, maintenance or service and repair.* Hold a recognised engineering qualification at level 3 or equivalent as a minimum.* A desire to pass on knowledge and experience to the next generation of engineers.
