They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Estimator to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimation: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects related to smart motorways, electrical signage, and highway works.
• Analysis: Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for precise estimations.
• Cost Breakdown: Develop comprehensive cost breakdowns, considering materials, labour, equipment, and other relevant expenses.
• Bid Proposals: Create well-organised and professional bid proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to provide competitive and accurate estimates.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction or electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, smart motorways, signage, and highway works.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000
