Flare Electrical are looking for permanent Electrical Improvers. Full training will be provided for installers with relevant experience.

We are looking for Electricians and Electrical Improvers for this role.
You will be carrying out domestic & small commercial electrical installations in and around Kent. Assisting our other electricians and Electrical Improvers on anything from call outs to renovations & new builds.
For Electrical Improvers, you must already be enrolled in college and have lvl2 or higher with good site experience. Please do not apply if you have not had 1-2 years site experience on domestic jobs.
You will need to drive and have your own transport to be able to meet on site or at our main office to be picked up.
This will be a full employed role – Monday to Friday 0800-1630.
You must live within an easy travel distance of Sevenoaks.
The role and you:
- You must be willing to travel to site or office and be on time every day
- You must have good site knowledge of basic installations
- You must be happy to take an Enhanced DBS Check
- You must be confident to carry out work on your own and with a team.
- You must have excellent communication skills as these are customer facing roles
- You must be good at using apps on a daily basis, for reporting and installation completion
- You must have a full, clean driver’s licence

This is a permanent role, where you must be willing to work Mon to Fri, normal working hours are 8:00am to 4.30pm, 8.5 hours per shift, with half an hour unpaid lunch.
