Electrical Maintenance EngineerResponsibilities
- Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance repairing and maintaining Large industrial machinery such as hammers, presses and CNC machinery
- Assist with the introduction of new or modified parts, equipment and tooling.
- PPM and RPM on facilities and production machinery
Electrical Maintenance EngineerQualifications/Experience:
- To prioritise resources across the site to ensure that breakdowns are resolved as efficiently as possible.
- To participate with the successful introduction of new/modified parts, equipment and tooling.
- To ensure all team members work in a safe manner adhering to all health and safety requirements.
- To maintain and improve productivity so that production schedules and customer needs are met.
- To proactively ensure the preventative maintenance schedule is fit for purpose and is adhered to, particularly for all equipment.
- To ensure that agreed customer delivery times are achieved and that customers receive a high standard of service at all times.
- To ensure all necessary arrangements for contractors are dealt with in a timely manner and meet health and safety policy requirements.
Electrical Maintenance EngineerDesired but not essential:
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (advantageous).
- Experience of working and fault finding on Machine Tools, CNC machines etc.
- Using test equipment and hand tools to diagnose locate and fix electrical problems.
- Carrying out electrical installations and carrying out preventative maintenance work
- Interpreting work instructions, drawings and schematic drawings
- Computer literate
- FLT License
- MEWP
HoursWeek 1: 6am - 2pmWeek 2: 2pm-10pm Mon-Thursday, Friday shift is 10am - 6pm
