Days Shift Pattern Mon-Friday 6am- 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

My client is a leading manufacturer in their chosen field of specialism of metals and alloy materials, within fastening systems; they are also extremely well established. Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical Engineering
- Medium/Heavy Industrial Experience.
- Understanding of PPM Systems
The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, with experience of PLC systems as they have a variety of PLC controlled equipment on site and the ability to work within a team or autonomously as required.
You will also have a strong multi-skilled background with the ability to fault find on a variety of production equipment such as hot & cold forging machinery, shot blasting & heat treatment including pneumatics & hydraulics. Motors, drives, gearboxes, belts and shafts. You will need a working knowledge of quality standards and engineering/manufacturing processes. In addition to this you will have the experience and ability to work within a team of multi skilled engineers and have the responsibility for the overall mechanical maintenance of machinery, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this manufacturing plant.
