A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for a reputable manufacturing business in Doncaster.The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will report into the Engineering Team Leader and will be responsible for all machine and site maintenance.Location- DoncasterWorking Hours:Monday to Friday with the option between:7am till 2.30pm with a 2pm finish on a Friday7am till 3pm with a 12pm finish on a Friday4 day working week – 6.30am till 3.45pmSalary: £37,900Benefits:10% pensionOvertimeSickpayHealthcare schemeCycle to workTraining/ progression opportunitiesElectrical Maintenance Engineer Duties and Responsibilities include:• To carry out preventative maintenance on equipment as part of the PPM scheme• To maintain the factory facilities - power distribution, lighting, compressors, steam raising boilers• To produce a daily report of work done, spares used, follow up as required• Electrical installations as and when required• React quickly to breakdowns and prioritise workloadThe successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:• NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering• Experience doing both preventative and reactive maintenance• Previously worked in a manufacturing environment• Fully conversant with 3 phase equipment, star-delta starters, inverter drives, PLC control• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
