Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in Blue Chip Commercial Buildings and High End Residential apartments. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Roving Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a small number of sites in and around St Pauls area.
Role
- Planned Maintenance on Electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactive and PPM's
- Conduct site walk rounds and complete reports.
- AHU's, FCU's
- Tap / Temp checks
- Checking UPS systems
- Changing lamps / ballasts
- Changing belts / pumps etc
- Changing / cleaning filters
- Minor alterations to BMS set points.
Location
Covering a small number of high end commercial buildings in St Pauls area, Travel card provided.
Experience required
- Electrical / HVAC Building services / facilities maintenance background.
- Strong Electrical Maintenance knowledge
- C&G 2330 / 2365 level 2
- 18th edition
- Understanding of HVAC plant in a commercial environment (not domestic).
- Basic Mechanical / HVAC knowledge
- Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.
Salary / benefits
- Competitive salary to £50k+ based on 38hrs
- Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.
