Elevation Recruitment Group are working alongside a West Yorkshire based bespoke manufacturing company to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Electrician.
Hours
- 39hrs per week
- Monday – Thursday - 0630-1430
- Friday – 0630-1330
- Flexibility in working hours (start & finish times)

Reporting to the Works Manager, this Electrical Maintenance Electrician works as part of a small maintenance team concentrating on any Electrical Maintenance required including fault finding, correcting breakdowns and ensuring all electrics on site are kept within required legal regulations.
Duties and responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Electrician include:
- Ensure any breakdown of machinery is attended to immediately and corrected as quickly as possible
- Compile and execute an improvement list for all electrical equipment on site
- Ensure electrical spare stock levels are maintained correctly
- Work with other members of the maintenance team on designated project work to improve the factory
- Ensure PLC software and programs are kept current and up to date on all machinery.
- Arrange and manage any statutory examinations as they are required (PAT, HV etc.), external contractors are used for this
- Carry out any preventative maintenance requirements as per the arranged plan
- Provide a daily report on work carried out and any up-coming issues
We would like to speak with Electrical Maintenance Electricians with the following skills:
- Electrically qualified and biased but have strong mechanical knowledge
- Previous experience in an Electrical Maintenance role
- IEE Regs 18th Edition, C & G Level 3 Electrical Installations
- Allen Bradley & Siemens basic programming skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
