Join Our Client as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Leeds! 

Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer  
Location: Leeds  
Schedule: Monday - Friday  
Hours: Alternating weekly shifts:  

• Week 1: 6am - 2pm  
• Week 2: 2pm - 10pm  

Pay: £21.60 per hour  

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems, ensuring optimal functionality of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues promptly and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and equipment status updates.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and address urgent maintenance needs efficiently.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in electrical systems and processes, contributing to overall operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Hold relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field, demonstrating your expertise in Electrical Maintenance.
• Possess hands-on experience in Electrical Maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of FMCG operations.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve electrical issues effectively under pressure.
• Adaptability to alternating shift patterns and willingness to work occasional overtime as needed to meet production demands.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in maintenance tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
