Hr & Recruitment Advisor

Macildowie HR are delighted to be working on a HR & Recruitment Advisor role based in Leicestershire. You will be working alongside the existing HR team to provide a seamless HR and recruitment focus.

Out close to Melton Mowbray there is a brilliant big name brand looking for an Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be part of a small HR team supporting a business with a head count of c500 employees.

This could be…

• Employee relations casework
• Providing first line advice and support to managers and employees on all HR policies and procedures
• Manage the end to end recruitment process

Due to the level of this position they are looking for someone who has proven recruitment and HR generalist experience with the ability to hit the ground running!

This role is based on-site at their stunning offices with a competitive salary giving you the opportunity to work as part of a busy HR team to support the business day to day.
