Rotating 3 shift system (6am - 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm - 6am)

We are working with a fantastic client who is looking to strengthen its engineering team.  This international organisation are looking to heavily invest back into the business by rolling out a new programme of investment in the plant and machinery and staff within their facility based just off the M1 Motorway in Leicestershire
   
The role - Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Working as part of a team ensuring that all works are completed in order of priority to agreed processes and standards
- Overseeing the installation phase of any new plant or equipment coming into the manufacturing facility
- Ensure that any breakdowns are repaired well as well as any PPM’s are completed within a timely fashion whilst adhering to H&S procedures
- Fault finding on the capital equipment down to PLC level (Ideally)
- Play an active part in the installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of all electro/mechanical equipment and facilities
- Keeping all paperwork and reporting up to date as required
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Qualified to a C&G NVQ level 3 level within electrical engineering 
- Knowledge of Motors, Gearboxes, Hydraulics, PLC’s (Ideally)
- Previous experience of working in an industrial environment
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment reacting to breakdowns and PPM’s  
- Able to read Pneumatic, Hydraulic and electrical drawings
- Have experience with implementing and improving processes
