With a full order book for 2024 and exciting additional projects in the pipeline, this role offers a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to contribute to our client's success. Previous projects include large Private new builds and other industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be within a commutable distance from Oxfordshire. Electrical Project Manager Position Overview As Project Manager, your responsibilities will involve overseeing projects from handover with our estimating team through to completion. Key tasks for successful project delivery include: Generating and managing requests for information. Procuring and overseeing materials required for project completion. Collaborating with our dedicated health and safety officer to create site-specific RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statements). Monitoring project costs and variations to ensure targets are met. Conducting regular site visits, performing site quality audits, gathering necessary information, and tracking progress. Compiling information and creating Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals for handover. Maintaining customer relations and cultivating new relationships.
