HR Generalist- Permanent Opportunity
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire (On-site position)
Salary: £45-55,000 per annum
Benefits: Extensive benefits including final salary pension, share options, 25 days annual leave
Hours: 35 hour working week, flexible working available, 2.30 finish on a Friday

Reed HR are incredibly pleased to partner with a respected, family-owned international business who are currently in search of their next HR Generalist to join their small team, based in Bracknell, Berkshire. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for a wide range of business areas, supporting those area leaders in ensuring the people offering across the business is engaging and managed appropriately.
As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the following areas:
- Business partnering across several areas of the business internationally including the UK, UAE, India and Germany. Providing guidance and sound advice to support the overall business strategy
- Supporting talent management processes across your area, with good organisational understanding and awareness
- Ensuring local employment laws are understood and adhered to, utilising the appropriate employee processes across areas such as disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, absence management
- Providing advice on issues such as benefits, pay practices, relocations
- Developing appropriate recruitment strategies for back office and technically focused roles
- Participating in HR projects in collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner
- Identifying training needs across business areas and implementing
- Representing the HR team effectively and positively across the business
This role is suited to a HR Generalist, with international experience, who is keen to understand a matrix style organisation within a niche industry. You will be happy to take the lead on employee relations, recruitment, talent management and become heavily involved in ongoing HR projects with the Senior HR Business Partner.
This is a 100% on-site role, however, there is flexibility to work from home from time to time when required on an ad-hoc basis, flexible working is encouraged, and work hours can be flexed around other commitments, this organisation work a 35 hour working week.
