• Promoting and developing bespoke training for clients• Using Applicant Tracking System for candidate attraction and shortlisting• Handling portfolio of Employee Relations cases• Developing contracts and policies for clients• Writing newsletters and social media posts• Attending seminars and networking events• Operating as a strategic HR Business Partner• Maintaining long-standing relationships with clients• Working in a flexible and agile manner• Utilizing tech platforms and software
Requirements
• Experienced HR Generalist at a strategic level• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Analytical and prioritization skills• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other tech platforms• Strong team player with attention to detail• Decisive, proactive, and results-oriented• Previous experience in HR management roles• Office-based role in Goring-on-Thames
