About Our Client
Our client is a Media Technology organisation based in Bracknell. This role will be fairly autonomous working closely with the Head of HR and the wider organisaton employees with any queries and resolutions needed. This role allows for a high level of involvement at all levels of HR. The HR Generalist will be expected to continuously develop the knowledge and expertise in all areas of HR and keep up to date with any relevant legislative changes.
Job Description
The HR Generalist (12 Month FTC) will be responsible for:
- Supporting the UK office with their HR needs including employee administration, talent acquisition, employee relations case management, rewards, payroll and L&D.
- Recruitment and Selection - Support line managers through job description and advert drafting, salary bench-marking, liaising with agencies, screening and interviewing candidates as well as employment offers
- Employee Relations - Leading on case management as well as advising line managers for all queries including but not limited to absence management, performance management, probations, learning and development, recruitment, disciplinary and grievances
- Manage the administrative processes for offboarding and onboarding
- Support with the management and administration of employee benefits as well as collating data for monthly payroll submissions and submit to HR Manager for review, in time to meet payroll deadlines
The Successful Applicant
The ideal HR Generalist (12 Month FTC) will have the following skills/qualities:
- Seasoned HR candidate with proven success in generalist positions
- Demonstrable generalist experience with ideally a large amount of experience as the lead on case management and administrative processes
- Level 5 CIPD Qualified
- Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment
- Immediately Available/Available on short notice
