Electrical TSM/Project Manager
3-6 month Project

Key Deliverables
The following duties fall within the purview of this role:
· Safe management and control of the electrical services installation within scope.
· Provide end-to-end project management for the execution of Electrical packages and associated technology.
· Scope project requirements and engage with relevant stakeholders, subcontractors, PTS local and global teams.
· Contribute to the regular Project Report and attend Project meetings.
· Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against project schedule.
· Collaborate with internal PTS teams to design, develop and implement projects.
· Provide expertise in planning and executing the building services commissioning.
· Manage suppliers and subcontractors undertaking installation and testing activities.
· Produce monthly reports on the progress of the project.
· Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
· Ensure all supporting documentation is fully completed and accurate.
· Communicate with the client, allied trades, PTS teams and project stakeholders to bridge any identified gaps or perceived risks to the project delivery.
· Co-ordination of the installation and associated supply chain recourse.
· Highlight potential risks or issues and act proactively to resolve them.
· Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new process ideas.
Skills & Attributes
· Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills.
· A good level in English is required, other languages are considered as an asset.
· Ability to work as a team member (excellent inter-personal skills) A team player who is not afraid to ask for support when needed.
· Highly motivated and results oriented.
· Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
· Observe proper standards of market, business, and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties.
· Convey a sense of urgency and drive initiatives to closure during critical project stages.
· Demonstrate flexibility, integrity and be credible with partners and internal contacts.
· Technology savvy with interest in, and experience with Smart Buildings.
· Strong Project Management & organizational skills.
· Positive stakeholder management and engagement.
· Engineering or Mechanical background is essential.
· Experience with Google Workspace tools (G Suite etc.) beneficial but not essential.
Experience & Education
· Holds the relevant electrical qualifications.
· A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
