SalaryAbout the Role:
- Working with an integrated team of EC&I Engineers and Designers within the consultancy.
- Produce detailed building models, architectural components and assemblies using REVIT.
- Working closely with and take direction from the Lead Engineers to ensure key deliverables and submission dates are met.
- Liaising with all relevant members of the project design team.
- Assist in the coordination, control & distribution of drawings, documents and other project specific data.
- Provide support to and assist in the development of quality procedures.
- Complies with legislative, regulatory and company policy standards and procedures e.g., safety, quality, risk, security etc.
- Identify any changes to design for coordination with the wider Design Team.
- Designing cable containment and bracketry.
- Moving all design software to REVIT.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum 5 years relevant design experience using REVIT.
- Have good technical knowledge of internal building fit-out design and detailing.
- Have thorough working knowledge in the use of REVIT.
- Experience working on large scale industrial and commercial projects.
- Have strong knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance requirements.
- Eligible to gain BPSS Clearance.
