Rota: Days Only (NO NIGHTS)
We are looking for a competent electrical engineer, who has a minimum of 3 years experience within commercial maintenance building services.
Key Duties:
Emergency light testing
Fire Alarm & sprinkler testing
Maintenance on all equipment and servicing
Regular testing and inspection
Keep records and logs of inspection reports and remedial work
Identifying faults
Small electrical works (lighting, sockets etc.)
Experience needed:
Previous experience within a commercial facilities maintenance environment
You must hold 18th edition & NVQ level 2 or 3 in electrical installation is desirable
City & Guilds 2391 is advantageous
