The role

The purpose of this role is to support the Electrical Manager in the delivery of electrical works including day to day repairs, voids, FWT programme, and planned investment works within M&Y to ensure a robust approach to service delivery that offers value for money and delivers growth opportunities for M&Y.

Our Electrical Supervisors oversee the delivery of internal and external contracts ensuring customer centricity is at the heart of everything we do. Collaborative working with all clients to deliver the most efficient, cost effective service possible.

The right fit

  • City and Guilds or NVQ 3 equivalent in electro technical subject - Essential
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent - Essential
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations - Essential
  • NICEIC - QS and conversant with NICEIC documentation, guidelines.
  • For this position we are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking, dedicated candidate that is able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of supervising a team of electricians in a social housing environment is preferable.
