Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

Project Supervision:

• Supervising and leading electrical installation teams on-site.
• Ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Team Management:

• Managing and coordinating the activities of electrical technicians and staff.
• Providing guidance and support to the team for efficient project execution.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforcing and promoting safety protocols and regulations on-site.
• Conducting regular safety inspections and addressing potential hazards.

Quality Control:

• Implementing and maintaining quality control measures for electrical installations.
• Conducting inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications.
• Material and Resource Management:
• Coordinating the procurement of materials and resources for projects.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment.

Client Communication:

• Liaising with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications and Expectations:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
• A relevant qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
• years of experience in electrical project supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
