Form of workThe Electrical Systems Engineer will:
- Perform modifications & repairs to harnesses and PCBs.
- Define and perform component and system testing on rig & on vehicle.
- View and analyse test data & reporting information to relevant teams and individuals.
- Identify fault and debug on rig and on vehicle.
- Wiring harness design.
The Electrical Systems Engineer will have:
- A relevant degree level qualification.
- Demonstrate the ability to apply sound engineering practice and first-principles knowledge of electronics to problem solving.
- Experience of working on and debugging Electrical Systems in a motorsport or niche automotive environment.
- Enthusiasm about new technologies and problem solving in an automotive/motorsport environment.
- A good technical understanding of major systems in automotive systems, including key electrical system components & protocols.
