Electrical Technician - Responsibilities include:
- Install the electrical controls for bespoke Aerosol filling machines at our factory premises with possible site installations.
Electrical Technician - Requirements include:
- Familiarity with control and machine components
- Knowledge and understanding of various hand tools
- Able to work with several types of cable management, tray, basket, trunking, conduit, and the skills to prepare and install cable management system
- Knowledge cable types required for a project and install accordingly, YY, CY, cable diameters, single core, or multicore which are based on different control and power supplies, 400V AC, 215V AC, 24V DC
- Termination of electrical power and control cables in field mounted and panel mounted devices
- Understand electrical wiring diagrams for component identification, cable terminations and differentiation from a panel device to a field mounted device, contactors, relays, and motors
- Low voltage controls and medium voltage controls and equipment - Familiar with Industrial electrical installations
- Familiarity with automated production machinery or other similar capital equipment
- Formal Electrical Engineering qualification (e.g., apprenticeship)
