Our client are an Ofsted graded 2 'Good' training provider, which provide engineering apprentices and adult skills training for hundreds of companies in Yorkshire and Humberside.

We are currently seeking a qualified Electrical or Multiskilled Engineer to conduct reviews and assessments of their apprentices' progress towards their Apprenticeship standards at their workplace. It is imperative that all applicants demonstrate a clear dedication to the advancement of young individuals.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess proficient technical skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and a minimum of five years of relevant occupational experience.
Applicants must possess relevant trade qualifications. While having Assessor or teaching certifications and prior experience in NVQ assessments would be beneficial, they are not mandatory. Comprehensive support will be extended to facilitate the development of skills relevant to the role.
The position is available at any of our client's three locations and entails visiting companies within the Humber sub-region. Occasional national travel may also be required.
A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are prerequisites.
In line with our commitment to safeguarding our learners, successful candidates will undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check and are expected to enroll on a suitable assessor qualification with opportunities to gain a qualification for internal quality assurance (IQA).
