R9 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property maintenance company who are looking for qualified electricians with experience of domestic Testing works to join their growing teams across the Esexs area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out EICR following an assessment of the electrical installation within properties.
- Periodic testing and wiring installation of new heating systems on a variety of domestic and commercial properties across the region.
- Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.
Whats on Offer:
- Basic salary between 37,000- 38,500 per annum (experience dependant)

What's Required:
- 18th Edition (NVQ preferred but not essential)
- Experience in Electrical Testing (2391 desired but not essential)
- Minimum 3 years experience as a qualified electrician
- Heating & Hot Water experience essential
- Social Housing experience ideal but not essential
Electricians with a minimum of 3 years experience, prefferably with domestic heating experience would be suitable to apply for this role.
