Electrician
Royal Greenwich is a vibrant borough, with a rich history and diverse community. We're proud of the work we do to serve our residents. Our Repairs and Investment Service is looking to recruit experienced, qualified Electricians to complement our existing team.
You will need:
- A relevant qualification - NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or C&G qualifications 2330 (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience of domestic and commercial wiring systems
- A sound electrical background, excellent practical skills and a thorough knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation (inc COSHH 2002, EAWR 1989, WAHR2005)
- Working knowledge of the current Building Regulations
- Experienced on installation, I&T and fault diagnosis on all types of electrical installations compliant with BS7671, to its latest edition.
- A knowledge of control systems would be an advantage
You must be able to work under your own supervision or as part of a team providing an efficient, effective and courteous service to Borough residents.

A full manual driving licence is required with no previous DR10/DG10 disqualifications in the last 5 years as you will be required to drive a company vehicle.
