K&D are delighted to be supporting our local client who are seeking an experienced and highly motivated maintenance professional to join their Crane Engineering Department in Haddenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, and certification of our diverse crane hire fleet.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 hrs

Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking inspection, maintenance, service, and repair of a wide range of minicranes.
Predominantly a mechanically biased role with an understanding of 12/24V systems and hydraulics, showcasing your expertise as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Diagnosis of Plant/equipment defects, a crucial task for maintenance as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Maintain equipment records for health & safety and Customer Service purposes, demonstrating your commitment as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Maintain and improve health & safety in the workplace, showcasing your dedication as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Fulfill all other workshop duties as deemed necessary.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Strong Electrical Engineering experience is a primary requirement for the role.
Basic mechanical engineering skills complementing your maintenance responsibilities.
Strong technical fault-finding ability, a key skill for the role.
Possess an engineering qualification (NVQ L2 or equivalent as a minimum) as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Understanding of health and safety requirements, a priority for the role.
Excellent communication and administrative skills, essential for the role.
Resourceful with high attention to detail, defining a successful maintenance professional.
