Electronic Control Sytem Engineer

Role

Through this role, the successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to take part in, and have significant responsibility for, machine control system development for all machines. Candidate will be involved in the design and development of cutting edge machine control system technology and development of Electro Mechanical Control Systems using quantitative methods

Responsibilities:

• Solicit and capture system requirements and associated interfaces for new and current products.
• Identifying and developing components, systems and interfaces to meet customer needs.
• Defining system architectures, input and output requirements, controller interfaces and schematic creation/development.
• Contribution to FMEA, functional safety and product compliance reviews
• Plan, develop and execute validation activities to mitigate project risk and ensure solutions are verified and validated for market introduction.
• Identify and successfully resolve issues found during product development, assembly and post production implementation.

Competencies:

Essential:

• Strong technical background (HNC or technical degree preferred in mechanical or automotive engineering) with 10 Years of experience.
• Requirements Managements Experience
• System Verification Experience
• Excellent communications skills & Teamwork

Desirable:

• Off-highway Machine/Engine/EV Control System Development
• General Microsoft Tools
• Vector Tools, DSpace, Canape Experience
