The Role:
- Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from concept to manufacture for both production and commercial deployment.
- Design, Develop, Code, Test, and Debug system software
- Review code and design.
- Integrate and validate new product Software Designs.
- Provide post-production support.
- Provide Production Software changes for existing product family portfolio.
- Interface with hardware design and development.
- Liaising with Customers to understand product software requirements.
The Person:
- Holds a relevant 3rd level degree in Electronics, Computer Science or similar.
- Proficient in C, C++, and C# programming languages
- Proven experience in software/embedded systems.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Desirable Criteria:
- Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets.
- Android/App Software Design experience.
- Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques
- Strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics design principles.
- PCB Design knowledge.
- Excellent IT skills
