Electronics Engineer

First Achieve have partnered with a client leading the global shift to NetZero. They are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join their diverse Glasgow force. Their group of expert engineers are providing ground-breaking solutions in the renewable energy sector and are looking to expand this team.

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000

Location: Glasgow City Centre, Scotland

Responsibilities:

• The main duties required of our Electronics Engineers are:
• Design electronics including analysis, schematic capture and simulation
• Develop hardware and software for testing and production
• Plan, prepare and conduct the qualification of new designs and technology
• Generate engineering reports and operating and build procedures
• Maintain clear documentation on design and test development
• Support internal and external customers on technical queries
• Support operations by working at client sites as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree qualification in Electronics Engineering
• Previous experience in electronic design
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with standard computer applications
