The key purpose of this role is to manage assigned customer accounts and regions to maintain sales through regular contact; as well as growing sales with existing customers and bringing onboard new customers through following up leads.
It will also work with the customer service team to deal with more wide-ranging customer query resolution and support to the wider sales team.
ResponsibilitiesSales & Account Management
- Management of assigned customer accounts and regions
- Developing sales opportunities using outbound emails, calls and pre-qualified lead follow-ups
- Developing & maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work with the sales team to ensure the company is meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails.
- Product upselling
- Achieve or exceed personal targets
Customer Service
- Take and process orders ensuring all are put into the system accurately
- Responding to sales and service enquiries
- Providing quotations
- Liaising with production and transport teams to co-ordinate delivery dates to suit customer needs and to keep the customer updated with delivery times
- Manage all administration associated with the role

- Full driving license preferable
