My client are leaders in the communication technology industry and are innovators in the industry. The company are increasingly growing and are looking for an Electronics Production Manager.
Main Duties:
- Own the interface between the Technical and Operations Departments
- Assist the Technical Manager with all new software and hardware products
- Creation, delivery and control of technical documentation and procedures
- Regular review of production processes, identifying and implementing improvements
- Management and technical direction/investigation of supplier/manufacturer and internal technical non-conformance issues
- Perform regular inspections and assessments to ensure quality control
- Provide in-house technical support for Sales, Marketing, 2nd-line Technical Support, Field Engineers and Production
- Monitor the technical skillset and knowledge of the Production Technicians
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within an Electronics Product/Technical Manager type role
- Knowledge of RF technology and/or radio systems
- Experience in electrical/electronic production processes
- Supervisor experience
The salary for this role is £50-55k DOE.
