The purpose of this role:
As the Electronics Team Leader, you ll provide leadership and management to a high performance, multidisciplinary team delivering in the design, development, and commissioning of specialist equipment. You ll be instrumental in supporting the Research & Development function in the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring tight design specifications and requirements are met.

As the Electronics Team Leader, you will:
- Provide people management and Team Leadership, as well as having hands-on involvement in the development and delivery of products and applications.
- Overseeing the skills development of the team.
- Be actively involved in undertaking technical reviews.
- Deliver complete and innovative specialised solutions, working to cost and time constraints while ensuring quality and specification targets are met.
The successful Electronics Team Leader will:
- Have proven experience managing successful teams, with demonstrable achievements in improvement and change management.
- Be familiar with creating proposals and design documentation, as well as effectively communicating requirements to team members across departments.
- Have previous experience of end-to-end product development from initial approval, design, implementation and delivery.
- Take responsibility for overseeing risk management through project lifecycle.
- Be familiar with EMC design and testing, hardware commissioning and relevant documentation for software implementation.
