Job Description
- Oversee the testing process of all products; assist with testing when needed.
- Design and execute detailed test plans
- Monitor and report on test performance
- Monitor the RMA system
- Manage a team of test engineers (6-7 individuals)
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Lead the fault-finding of complex digital, analogue and RF boards
- Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality
- Work to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 quality requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Manage resources and budget for the testing department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Test Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Experience in a managerial role, and experience with Test Engineering / Design in the Electronic Manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
