EL/PL Claims Handler

The salary is negotiable DOE. 
They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated EL/PL Claims Handler to join their Claims Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of EL/PL claims, investigating liability, assessing damages, and negotiating settlements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our continued success and make a meaningful impact within the legal industry. Having a completed law degree is a must and is non-negotiable and 2 years+ experience running a caseload, specifically EL/PL and/or Personal Injury. The claims will be defendant work so experience with defendant claims is preferred and advantageous but not essential, they are looking for someone with a passion for the work who can really hit the ground running and work seamlessly and efficiently with heir current hard-working team. 
Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills are a must for the role. Plus, an enthusiasm and willingness to learn, they are looking for someone very teachable who wants to progress in personal injury but someone who can hit the ground running, is a self-starter and who takes their own initiative.
