EL/PL Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

Our client is a UK Top 40 insurance law firm who are currently recruiting an EL/PLSolicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join their casualty team. The firm offers strong progression opportunities, generous hybrid flexibility and a competitive salary.
Your new role
This EL/PLSolicitor / Chartered Legal Executive position will see you handle a mixed caseload of fast and multi-track EL/PL files on behalf of a number of the firms' insurer clients. The majority of files will be of a fast-track nature, however, there is the potential to handle files valued up to £100,000. You will be required to consider concepts of primary and secondary liability in EL/PL claims. This role will also see you conduct investigations, CMC\'s and applications. You will review evidence, GP records and occupational health/personnel records.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/CILEX with strong litigation experience. Previous experience running a defendant EL/PL caseload is preferable, but those from a claimant background may also be considered. You must have strong advocacy experience, along with excellent communication skills.
