The Email and Digital Marketing Specialist Role:
We are seeking an experienced Email and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing sales team.
You will have a proven track record in email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, digital outreach, and using lead generation using tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoominfo or Salesforce.
This opportunity requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
Initially, the role will be a mix of office-based and work from home. After an initial induction period, the office and work from home mix will be determined by you and the team.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Developing and executing personalised email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn marketing strategies, and digital outreach initiatives to drive lead generation and sales funnels
+ Utilising Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Salesforce to build and manage a robust lead pipeline
+ Collaborating with the head of sales planning to coordinate and build lead generation efforts
+ Analysing and reporting on the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns
+ Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing and lead generation
About you:
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B email, Digital Marketing and lead generation
+ Proven success in email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and digital outreach
+ Strong copywriting and editing skills
+ Creativity and ability to think outside the box
+ Knowledge of personalisation techniques and strategies
+ Experience with A/B testing and optimising email content
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Demonstrated proficiency in utilising tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Salesforce for lead generation
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across all sales teams
