Job Title: EMEA Payroll Manager
Salary: between £75-80K
Location: London / hybrid
JGA are exclusively partnered with a professional services business seeking a new EMEA Payroll Manager to set up and improve processes.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the delivery of payrolls across UK, France, Spain, Germany and Poland.
* Collaborating with People, Finance and Legal teams.
* Leading local Payroll support team on guidance and training.
* Ensuring compliance with local payroll laws.
* SOX framework controls.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
* Maintaining payroll data integrity.
Skills required:
* EMEA payroll experience.
* Ability to set up and improve manual processes.
* Familiarity with HRIS and Payroll software.
* Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
