They are recruiting a Quality and Warranty Manager to spearhead their efforts in maintaining consistent standards and exceeding customer expectations.
With a competitive salary ranging from £52,000 to £62,000, along with enticing benefits including an 8% bonus, 25 days of holidays, up to 9% employer contributions, health cover, and a hybrid working model allowing you to be office-based two days a week, this opportunity is one not to be missed!
Key Responsibilities:
Quality and Warranty:
- Customer Satisfaction Champion: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and escalation when necessary.
- Supplier Quality Assurance: Evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure the quality of delivered products and processes, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address engineering concerns, manage warranty costs, and lead a dedicated warranty team towards success.
Continual Improvement:
- Process Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through value stream analysis and implementation of Standard Work, achieving targeted savings and efficiencies.
Environmental Compliance:
- Regulatory Adherence: Oversee compliance with environmental regulations within EMEA, allocating responsibilities accordingly.
General:
- Problem-solving Expertise: Prioritise issues and facilitate rapid problem-solving using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- KPI Management: Ensure systematic control and improvement of key performance indicators, including defects, supplier performance, customer complaints, and warranty expenses.
