What you’ll be doing:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers technical support on mixing consoles, as well commissioning, after sales service, customer and distributor training. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level and build strong customer relationships.
 
The right individual should be a great team player and possess strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. 
 
This is your ideal role if you have:

• Experience of Audio or Broadcast Engineering, or Customer Support in a Broadcast environment
• System to component level knowledge of Sound, audio and audio control systems relating to broadcast applications.
• Processing of service enquiries, assisting with onsite service, upgrades, fault correction and mixer upgrades, commissioning and training of Calrec products.
• Knowledge of AoIP technologies and standards; AES67, Dante, SMPTE-2110 etc.
• Knowledge of networking: IP/TCP/UDP/RTP/RTSP, LAN, configuration of Switches/Routers (VLAN, ACL etc.)
• Ability to travel worldwide on a regular basis
