Job description
The EMEA Tax, Legal and Workforce team are responsible for designing and implementing the EMEA International Tax, Legal and Workforce Academies and for the design and management of client facing International Tax, Legal and Workforce conferences where these take place in EMEA.
Reporting directly to the EMEA TLW leader and the EMEA Leadership team, the team works closely with key business stakeholders across all the Tax, Legal and Workforce Services networks as well as with other global and EMEA L&D teams.
This role will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to:
• Become familiar with the workings of the PwC Network and in particular the Tax, Legal and Workforce and L&D communities across, but not limited to, EMEA.
• Make a tangible contribution to the success of the International Tax, Legal and Workforce Academies
• Create, build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and others in network roles.
• Work collaboratively with the EMEA TLW L&D team to design, develop, implement and evaluate TLS business network learning programmes.
Responsibilities include:
• Working closely with the EMEA TLW L&D team to ensure effective planning and timely delivery of the International Tax, Legal and Workforce Academy programmes across all TLW service networks
• Working closely with the EMEA TLW L&D team to ensure effective planning and timely delivery of the International Tax, Legal and Workforce Academy programmes across all TLW service networks
• Working closely with EMEA TLW Network leaders to assess development needs for partners and staff; design and develop appropriate solutions and take responsibility for delivering and evaluating those solutions
• Sharing successful L&D design concepts to constantly evolve programmes and enhance the learning experience for participants.
• Creating programme budgets for each solution for review by the TLS L&D leader and monitoring these as Academy programmes develop
• Developing and maintaining long term relationships with key stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining relationships with TASC in Luxembourg who support cross border L&D activity in EMEA.
• Remaining customer and business focussed at all times whilst balancing effective and relevant L&D practices
• Understanding the needs and interests of different stakeholders and managing their expectations when taking actions or making decisions.
The EMEA TLW L&D team is a hybrid team, who work flexibly across different time zones, with members currently based in different countries.

• Ability to travel on business outside the home territory when required to do so
• An ability to build and maintain relationships across the PwC Network - cross-border, xLoS and x-function - and interact with staff at all levels including senior stakeholders through influencing skills, quality delivery and networking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sensitivity and understanding of different cultures and backgrounds
• Able to use digital tools (Google, Teams, Mural etc) to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration
• A committed team player with a desire to develop a good understanding of the role of EMEA TLW L&D team to support the achievement of business goals
