As a Payroll Assistant, you will join Elysium Head Office in Borehamwood, where you will ensure all payroll amendments are administered correctly and accurately reflected within the payroll systems.
You will have previous experience working with a payroll team as you will be performing ad-hoc payroll requests and supporting a variety of payroll projects. This is a great opportunity for you to put your stamp on the role and turn a 6-month contract role into a permanent and enjoyable role with career progression.
Your responsibilities:
•Support within ensuring any amendments and variable payments are administered on to the payroll software correctly and accurately.
•Managing shared mailbox and assisting with any queries.
•Performing ad-hoc payroll requests as requested.
•Supporting various payroll projects with administration tasks.
•As hoc payroll task.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
•Proven work experience within an administrative role.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Able to adapt to new software’s and processes.
•Ability to multi-task and manage a busy and varied workload and as part of a team ensuring deadlines are achieved.
•Good organisational and time management skills.
•Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.
