We're in search of a Payroll Administrator to join a prominent accountancy firm situated in the heart of Harpenden.
Primary Duties:
- Handling weekly and monthly payrolls for a client portfolio.
- Employing manual calculations for system verifications or client inquiries.
- Efficiently prioritizing and planning workload.
- Generating quarterly and annual fee invoices.
- Directly communicating with clients both in-person and via phone.
- Reporting to the Payroll Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Sage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to function effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive approach.
