The Job Role
Working as an administrator to support office functions across the facility.
- Data Input
- Clerical duties
- Operating bespoke systems along with Microsoft packages; word, excel
- Preparing reports
- Basic administration
- Monitoring e-mails
- Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
The Successful Administrator
The successful administrator will be confident within a busy office environment.
- Previous experience working within a similar role is essential e.g. data input clerk, administrator, clerical officer, receptionist, production administrator
- Strong excel skills with a high level of accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft outlook
- Own transport is advantageous due to location
