The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents.
With leading market shares in nearly every product and region, the success relies on factors such as anticipating the impact of market and regulatory changes to clients' business, developing the latest eCommerce and Clearing platforms, and leveraging the Bank's product, research and structuring expertise to offer solutions which are customised to meet each individual client.
You will be part of our EM Sales team and partner with our Global EM Trading & Structuring colleagues to distribute the full suite of Global EM Fixed Income (FX) products, including Cash bonds, Credit Default Swaps (CDS), FX and Interest Rate Derivatives and more complex cross-market derivatives.

- Interacting with Trading & Structuring on the EM product suite, leveraging the success of the cash and solutions franchise to help increase market share
- Increasing distribution of Global EM products including outside this
- Driving new client onboarding and getting existing and new clients set up via having most up to date documentation
- Helping with the development of more junior team members
- Products - FX, rates and related derivatives
- Long standing relationships with EM focused hedge fund accounts based in the UK and a proven track record of generating good volume of business
- Understanding of how macroeconomic developments impact asset prices and liquidity conditions
- Entrepreneurial skills to prioritise resources
