The job

To keep pace with customer demand our network is growing faster than ever and we are diversifying our range of products and services. This is an exciting time in our development and to support our growth we need to attract and develop a new generation of talent.

Responsibilities

  • Plan a programme that develops exceptional talent for each of our main commercial functions through a rotational graduate programme.
  • Programmes should cover graduates, apprenticeships and placement students.
  • Design an Emerging Talent attraction strategy to attract diverse and high-potential candidates.
  • Develop a selection process that identifies candidates who have strong development potential and are a strong cultural fit for IWG.
  • Manage offers and onboarding so new hires have a good joining experience.
  • Put in place learning and development initiatives to build skills and develop behaviours that will allow employees to build their careers.
  • Monitor and report on progress of all delegates to ensure they are progressing and delivering value.
  • Ensure employees successfully transition into jobs at the end of the programme.

Behaviours and experience

  • Previous recruitment experience gained in either a high volume or early careers job.
  • Designed and delivered a recruitment and development programme.
  • Highly motivated to identify and develop young talent.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and working to tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter, able to plan and manage own workload.
  • Highly conscientious with a good attention to detail.
  • Positive mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to positively represent IWG with external stakeholders.
