In support of these aspirations we are advertising a fantastic opportunity to join our Employability team as an Employability Business Partner.
Employability Business Partner
We’re looking for someone who shares our motivation to make a difference, joining our Employability Team to deliver skills training and employment support for job seekers, whilst working with businesses to help them meet their recruitment needs.
As an Employability Business Partner, you will be passionate about working with schools and businesses to help more people achieve the skills they need to thrive in the world of work. You’ll be accustomed to working independently, seeking out new opportunities and delivering results. You will be comfortable working with business leaders and job seekers, presenting to audiences and collaborating with partner organisations.
Our schools and apprenticeship programmes are important to us, so we’re keen to hear from applicants who have a good understanding of the needs of young people about to enter the job market.
Based at Bernicia’s office in Ashington, Northumberland
Agile and flexible working arrangements
Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Annual salary - £36,173

As this role involves mobile working, you must hold a full current driving licence and have use of a vehicle for work purposes.
