An exciting opportunity has arisen for a student focused, highly organised and dedicated individual to join the University of Liverpool’s triple-accredited Management School (ULMS). You will be joining our highly motivated and professional Employability Team who provide specialised, tailored support to both undergraduate and postgraduate students in the School. This is a stimulating and vital new role that has been developed to support our undergraduate students to make informed choices about their futures and achieve their career aspirations. We are looking for someone who can collaborate with confidence, can creatively consider what our students require and can ultimately ensure that those who choose to study at the Management School are fully equipped and ready for work beyond graduating. The Management School is dedicated to ensuring its students have the best level of careers and employability support available. We are looking for someone just as dedicated to the cause. ULMS is one of the largest Schools in the University, with over 5000 undergraduate and postgraduate students from an international and diverse background, as well as c.200 academic staff teaching across 35 programmes of study. That’s a lot of students, but as every student journey is different, so your contribution to the team in ensuring that every student’s experience is a positive one, will really matter. You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification) with credible experience of designing and delivering impactful careers and employability activity in an educational setting. You will be required to work closely with academic colleagues and others to ensure your support is tailored to the specific needs of the School and its students. To be successful, you will also possess excellent team working skills and be both enthusiastic in your application to the role. Most of all you will share our commitment to providing the highest levels of student support.
