About the Role:
- As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new client relationships within the corporate sector.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Identifying and prospecting new client relationships with the aim of establishing a robust portfolio of corporate clients.
- Collaborating closely with the management team to develop local marketing strategies and participate in events to enhance the company's presence.
- Building and nurturing your personal network of introducers to expand business opportunities.
- Handling new business enquiries received through various channels, including the company website and existing introducers.
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue streams.
- Maintaining strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Consulting with corporate clients to gain insights into their Employee Benefits needs and objectives.
- Crafting and presenting customised Employee Benefits solutions aligned with client goals.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of Employee Benefits programs.
- Conducting employee education programs, including one-on-one meetings and group presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand and analyse client needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of products and industry regulations.
- Self-motivated with a drive for results and success.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- GR1 and IF7 desirable
