We have been exclusively retained by a young, dynamic and highly creative full-service Employee Benefits Consultancy with an established and enviable reputation and a team and strategy in place to achieve further significant growth in the coming years. It is firmly established as a rising star in its market, led by a highly entrepreneurial leadership team and supported by a client-focused technology led proposition.
As part of its ongoing growth plans, it is seeking an ambitious Employee Benefits Consultant with a strong strategic and consultancy focus to lead the account management of its existing key clients, acting as the face of the business. The role will also involve the onboarding and ongoing development of new clients.
This is a brand new role, and a key hire to the business and will involve developing and deepening relationships with Accounts, as well as driving revenue through the promotion of the broad proposition suite. The individual will also take on responsibility for the oversight of a small team of Administrators.

The successful incumbent will have the gravitas and credibility to make a positive impact with senior client stakeholders, a collaborate approach to working with colleagues, strong knowledge of Workplace/DC Pensions, and a successful track record within Employee Benefits. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards would be considered.
