Overview
Compass Corporate services are proud to be working with a are proud to be working with a leading national health care organisation to recruit an ER advisor to join their dynamic team covering multi sites within their South East region.
The ER Advisor will be a key hire within the team and will play a critical part in maintaining a harmonious work environment by providing expert guidance on Employee Relations matters. You will collaborate with managers to address and resolve workplace issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and disputes, ensuring thorough and unbiased outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to both employees and management on a wide range of Employee Relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, dismissals and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Using data to identify opportunities to improve process and the employee experience.
Collaborate with managers from each site to address performance-related issues, offering guidance on improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
Successful Candidate
Demonstrated experience in ER case management - 2 to 3 years is essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ER information in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
Exhibit the confidence to tactfully challenge decisions when necessary, providing well-reasoned alternatives and solutions.
Healthcare experience is preferred but isn't essential
